A few months ago, I was asked if I would like to review the Radius Intelligent Toothbrush as a Father’s Day Gift. I said sure, but the toothbrush didn’t arrive in time for Father’s Day. I gave it to my husband anyway. As such, it took some time for him to start using it, and even longer before he formed an opinion about it.

Radius Intelligent Toothbrush

So since I never used the toothbrush myself, I asked Tom to write up a review for me. He’s never done a review before, so I had to walk him through it, but I think he did a fairly good job. 🙂

I’ve never been a fan of brushing my teeth. I’ve tried all sorts of toothbrushes. Hard, soft, bent, straight, powered, manual… you name it. My wife hands me the {super-magicalicious toothbrush of happiness} (Note from Christina: he wanted me to replace this phrase with “Radius toothbrush,” but I like his term better!) the other day and tells me to review it.

My first thought was “Wow, that’s a big head.” The toothbrush has a button on it, and I was under the impression it was a sonic toothbrush of some sort. Apparently I was wrong, because there’s no motion when you press the button. It’s simply there as a timer, so you know how long you’re supposed to brush for. That certainly helps keep me on task.

The bristles are nice and soft, and the wide head makes sure I’m brushing all of my teeth. Sometimes navigating to the back of my mouth, however, gets a little difficult. Overall, this toothbrush is a great one to use.

Thank you, honey, for sharing your experience about your new toothbrush!

You may also be interested to know that the Radius Intelligent Toothbrush comes with replaceable heads to reduce waste. The batteries will last through the use of six heads, and the  company urges their customers to return the handles to them for recycling. That’s environmentally savvy!
