Have you ever forgotten your child in the car? I can honestly say that I’ve never forgotten to take TJ out of the car, but I know I’ve been driving along and forgot he was back there because he was so quiet. Thankfully, he’s old enough now that he can let himself out of his seatbelt, and he makes an awful lot of noise… so I could never forget him in the van.
But every year, far too many children die because their parents forgot them in the back seat and they died when the temperature got too high. I know it’s not summertime anymore, but it does stay warm in the south, and the cold up north can be just as deadly in the wintertime.
Emma’s Inspirations
I was contacted by Emma’s Inspirations to do a review or giveaway of their window decals. I opted for the giveaway, since TJ is old enough now to let himself out, and I wanted to help other parents prevent the tragedy of losing a child to extreme temperatures in the car.
Stick these decals on your driver, passenger, and rear side windows, and you’ll never forget your child in the car! Prevent weather-related tragedy as well as the possibility of someone else finding your child unattended in the car.

This is a great idea. I can say I have NEVER forgotten my kids. However, I’ve got three kids. I’m struggling to find a way to get my kids out of my second floor apartment & to my truck while they are all asleep all at the same time. It’s ridiculous, I’ve put my back out and fallen down the stairs. Two of them are still young enough to become limp noodles when slightly tired. Anything I forget in my house. Purse or phone isn’t worth leaving them in the car to go back & get. But UGH getting them to & from has been so tough.
I can’t imagine forgetting my kid but I guess you never know!! I subscribed via feed demon!! 🙂 Love the new site!
