Yum! I was lucky enough to get to try new Butterfinger Snackerz when I was at BlogHer ’10 in August. They were offering samples of the product as if it were a wine tasting, and they asked for similar types of comments about smell, taste, and the experience of eating the candy. I thought it was very clever.

Butterfinger Snackerz

They’re going to be sending me some samples of Butterfinger Snackerz to share with my family – which is considered a product sample, not compensation for this post – and they’re letting me give some samples away to one of my lucky readers! That’s right. My only compensation for this giveaway is my love of candy and wanting to share that love with you. Because chocolate makes everything better, doesn’t it?

I’ve been told that the winner will receive either four fun-size bags or two full-size bags of Butterfinger Snackerz, depending on what they have available at the time the giveaway ends. When the giveaway ends, I’ll be contacting the winner via Twitter (as long as you’re on Twitter) to get your mailing address. Please respond promptly so you can get your candy shipped to you by Halloween!

  1. My memory of Halloween doesn’t really reflect a great thing about candy–we weren’t allowed to Trick-or-Treat! I always felt like I was missing out on something. As much as I love candy (especially Butterfingers), I was really envious of kids who got popcorn balls and caramel apples. I’m still craving them!
    Thanks for the giveaway.

  2. It’s hard to choose a “favorite” Halloween candy memory since it’s always so yummy. Nowadays, I don’t have to do any of the work to get the candy, I just insist on my “Mommy Tax.” And I’m lucky that my kids don’t love candy as much as I do!

  3. favorite Halloween candy memory, The first time I was old enough to go out trick-r-treating I remember coming home and dumping out my pillowcase on the table for inspection–I heard angels sing –I was in heaven!

  4. Mrs. Brown lived several blocks from us – out of our trick or treat zone, but our parents would drive us over there because she gave out FULL SIZE candy bars for Halloween, and she LET YOU PICK. Maybe that’s how I developed my life-long love for the Snickers Bar 🙂
