Dear TJ,

You’ve been extra cute this week. We’ve been watching DVDs every evening – a welcome change from the same old shows on Noggin. You want to watch the same one(s) all the time, but we’ve managed to add a few more to your repertoire. So far this week, we’ve watched Lady and the Tramp, Cars, 101 Dalmatians, and Enchanted.

Enchanted is one of my favorite movies, so I didn’t mind watching it more than once with you. You’re getting more into music now, so every time a song comes on, you want to dance with me! We were dancing to “That’s How You Know” earlier this week, and you started singing along! You have a breathy, hesitant voice, but it’s so adorable!

Of course, now you want to dance with me any time there’s music in the movie, even when I was still in the middle of eating dinner and when I was working! You had a hard time understanding why I wouldn’t dance for every line of music, but hopefully I made it up to you with our “waltz.” You liked it when I twirled you around.

I’m so happy that you like to dance with me. I know it won’t last.

Love,
Mommy

  1. Love dancing with my boys and glad that you and TJ have had time to watch great movies together. That reminded me that I should get Enchanted to show my son. Never thought about it, but it will be at Disney when we go.
