alternaVites Kids

alternaVites KidsAfter fighting with TJ to take the vitamins I’d bought on sale one week that he thought were nasty, I confess that he hadn’t been taking his vitamins for a while. Along came a review opportunity from Global Influence so we could check out alternaVites Kids mulitvitamin and mineral crystals. And they went over very well!

How Does AlternaVites Kids Supplement Taste?

The sample we got to test out was Raspberry Cotton Candy flavor. TJ loved it! Basically, since the supplement is in the form of quick-melting crystals, it’s like a healthy version of Pixie Stix. Pour the crystals on your kids tongue, and they’re good to go. Or you can mix them in with yogurt, pudding, applesauce, a smoothie or milkshake… or lick them off a spoon. I’d be worried about mixing them with other things, since you run the risk of not everything getting eaten, but the more important concern for me was reminding TJ that vitamins are like medicine. Even though they taste really good, they are not candy, and you can only take as much as a grown up gives you, or else you could get sick.
