We’re all picky eaters. Me. Tom. TJ. Speaking for myself, I can honestly say I’m not picky by choice. I’d like to be able to eat all of the healthy things that everyone else seems to enjoy, but my taste buds won’t have any of it. I guess that’s why I’m in the middle of writing my first eBook – The Picky Eater’s Cookbook.
So here is my Thursday 13, with 13 foods that the picky eaters will eat… recipes to become available when I publish my eBook!

A sequel……desserts. My picky eaters are generally less picky about desserts.
Great post and so true – my youngest daughter is 4 going on 5 and she is the most picky eater!!! All she will eat is chicken nuggets, lemon chips, hot dogs, and bologna
I’d like to add yogurt. My kids will eat any kind of yogurt. I’ve even put plain yogurt on their dinner so they’d eat more.
Great list. My daughter is a fairly picky eater. I also think she is the only toddler in town who won’t eat pasta, including macaroni and cheese. Crazy.
